We had such a great experience thanks to Sara and Brandon. Both really made the whole process easy from start to finish.Sara was my first point of contact, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was kind, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She made everything feel simple and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.We were expecting the technician to arrive a few hours after the initial call, but Brandon showed up within 30 minutes and he was fantastic. He was right on time, extremely kind and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and made sure we fully understood our options, including the different types of units, financing choices, and the entire installation process.It’s rare to come across a team that’s both friendly and highly knowledgeable, but Sara and Brandon absolutely delivered. Pro Air is the best for all your heating and Air needs!!Since I first got my unit installed in 2018... Brandon has always been right there for everything I've needed and has answered all my questions til he knew I understood everything I asked!I called for a problem and Brandon was there in about 20 minutes!! Had us taken care of and back up and running in about 30 minutes!!They stand by all their units and labor 100%..Always going ABOVE and BEYOND for customers!!Thank you guys so much for taking care of us!Me, my Mom, and can't forget about my two big black boys..Jackson and Bailey, the Great Danes!You guys are awesome!!!

Pro Air came out to service my mother’s AC unit and we were BEYOND satisfied with the service. They truly care about people! Some companies may say it but Pro Air actually shows it! We HIGHLY recommend using Pro Air to everyone with an AC issue. We would give a 10 star rating if possible!!!! We will only call Pro Air for any AC problems in the future!! Would recommend this company to anyone. Very competitive on pricing, great follow up from the quote to post install. Very helpful with suggestions of what system to go with and answering any questions. Installer technicians were also great. Did a good job pre install, install and cleaning up post install along with answering any questions I had. This is written day two post install.
